So last week I saw something on the internet somewhere about sock curls, and, since it sounded odd, I decided to find out more...and after a quick YouTube search, where I discovered several "how-to" videos on the subject (with glorious results on those videos), I then dug in my family's clothes basket where single socks go to wither away, and die a sad and lonely death, and found a good dozen of the longer ones that would tie up nicely and securely...and set out on my way. Being my first try I wasn't expecting anything much, and was just hoping for a decent enough outcome so as not to be humiliated at work today, but surprisingly they came out looking nice, and so I had my 17-year-old son take a quick photo before I headed out the door for work.
Unfortunately I did have to tie it all back into a ponytail for work purposes, which messed them up somewhat, but you can still get the idea. Anyone with long hair should give it a whirl in my opinion. :)
